Half box of hogget reared entirely on diverse herbal pastures and woodland meadows on on our farm.
Hogget are aged between 1 and 2 years old. Our special breed of sheep are hardy and mature slowly, developing deeper flavour as they graze herbs, shrubs and wild flowers.
Each box will contain a selection of cuts including: shank, leg roast, mince, diced lamb, rack, double loin.
You should expect to get approx 7.5 kg of meat from half hogget box.
